His successful business and  demanding frequent travel left him with little time to address his health concerns. His doctor’s dire warnings only added to his anxiety. Seeking help, Tom turned to me. Together, we implemented gradual, realistic changes tailored to his lifestyle, celebrating successes and making adjustments as needed. His breakthrough came when we delved into the deeper reasons behind his desire for change.

 

While Tom was motivated to avoid future health issues, his greatest aspiration was to be an energetic granddad for his first grandchild. Connecting with this positive vision transformed his perspective. Instead of viewing lifestyle changes as obligations and more things to do, Tom embraced them with newfound enthusiasm, even making significant adjustments to his business to prioritise what truly mattered to him.

 

​Patricia*, in her late sixties, was grappling with weight issues, high blood pressure, and a recent diabetes diagnosis. She showed me her latest doctor’s report, which was remarkably positive—she had lost more weight, her blood pressure was within a healthy range, and her blood sugar levels had significantly improved. When I asked her what had changed, she simply said, “I’m sleeping now!” Patricia had continued with her healthy diet and regular exercise, but incorporating consistent, good-quality sleep had truly transformed her health trajectory.
